When using Rescue™, it is best practices to first remove the animals from the area. This will allow the solution to remain visibly wet on the floor for the duration of the required contact time without being interrupted by animals walking over the solution. After the solution has reached the required contact time, you can rinse it with water or you can leave it to air dry before bringing the animals back into the area.
Rescue™ has an incredible safety profile, so if the animals were to come in contact with it at the in-use dilution, there would be no concern for safety. Rescue™ contains Hydrogen Peroxide, surfactants and wetting agents. At the in-use dilution, Rescue™ has been proven to be non-toxic (acute oral, dermal and respiratory), non-irritating to eyes, non-corrosive to skin and non-skin sensitizing. In accordance with the SDS (Safety Data Sheet), Rescue™ Disinfectants at the in use dilution do not carry any hazard statements or hazard pictograms and do not require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling the product.
