In accordance with our testing for the Rescue™ Concentrate, we cannot recommend any dilutions lower than the 1:16, with the 5-minute contact time.
In order to balance time and cost efficiency, we would recommend using Ready-to-Use Liquid or Wipes for those critical areas where quick turnaround time is required (such as exam tables and cages), and using the concentrate for daily cleaning and disinfection of other surfaces (such as floors and outdoor areas).
